Annapurna Base Camp Trekking is regarded as one of the best trekking routes in the world.
The Annapurna Sanctuary is a high glacial basin lying 40km north of Pokhara. It is surrounded by a ring of mountains, the Annapurna range, most of which are over 7000 metres. It literally brings you face to face with an eight-thousander-mountains for a moderate-difficult trek, this is incredible !
And it is a great privilege for you to be able to practice yoga and meditation along with trekking while touching the magnificent Himalayas with your eyes & soul.

Annapurna conservation area is home to 1226 species flowering plants, above 102 mammals and 474 birds. Beside that it is the shelter to 39 reptiles and 22 amphibians. If luck favors, you will get an opportunity to discover as many as flora and fauna.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal
We will welcome you in the airport and transfer to the centre, Pre-program briefing, proceed for the government paper work. Welcome dinner in the evening & overnight stay in the centre or in your hotel.
Day 02: Transfer to Pokhara (910m)
After breakfast, drive to Pokhara in the morning in standard micro or tourist bus (5-6 hours). Or fly to Pokhara for about 30 minutes. The bus ride passes through the hilly winding road along with the Trishuli River having the great views, forest and terraced fields. The bus will stop for lunch and toilet break in the way. We offer you a short sightseeing around the city, overnight stay in a standard hotel in Pokhara.
Day 03: Pokhara - Tikhedhunga (1525m) 4-5 hrs
Early morning wake up, have tea and we practice yoga for 1 hour. After yoga, you will have breakfast then drive to Nayapul (45km) for about 1.5 hour by Car via large village of Lumle and walk about 20 minutes to Birethaanti, a large and prosperous town.
The trail follows the main street of Birethanti, going through bamboo forests and pass a large waterfall and swimming hole. After lunch, climb steadily up the side of the valley, reaching Hile (1495m) near by Tikhedhunga. You will be doing gentle yoga and relaxation practice in the evening. Overnight stay in Tikhedhunga.
Day 04 : Tikhedhunga- Ghorepani (2900m) 5-6 hrsToday’s distance is 13 km.
You will be practicing yoga in the morning for 1 hour with tea. Have breakfast and start hiking, the trail ascends a steep stone staircase to the large Magar village Ulleri at 2070m. Above the village where the trail climbs gently through pastures and cultivated fields. There are magnificent more pleasantly through rhododendron and oak forest. You will arrive at the top of the Ghorepani pass. In the evening, you will practice yoga to reduce the pain of climbing the stone-stairs. Overnight tight sleep in Ghorepani.
Day 05 : Ghorepani - Poon hill - Tadapani (2630m) 6-7 hrsToday’s distance is 11 km.
Earlier in the morning start to climb to Poon Hill (3210m) for around 1 hr. that provides better unobstructed views and sunrise over the high Himalayas. You can see a lots of white mountain peaks from Poon Hill.You can enjoy amazing views of sunrise over the stunning snow-capped mountains. After sunrise, you’ll return back to hotel and have breakfast. You will have lunch in the way.
After breakfast,trek to Banthanti then to Tadapani (2540 metres), meaning far water supply in this village from long distance. The trail climbs along ridges and through pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali. Then descend to reach Banthanti and reach Tadapani, practice yoga in the evening then have dinner. You will sleep tight while Himalayas are watching you through the windows.
Day 06 : Tadapani - Chhomrong (2600m) 4-5 hrsToday’s distance is 11 km.
Wake up early in the morning, have tea and practice yoga. Afterward breakfast, then the trail descents of about 3 hours. You will have lunch in the way. The trail offers rhododendron, oak forests, good views of White Mountains trails to Chhomrong. Chhomrong is a Gurung Village which is highest permanent settlement in the valley.
There is a tremendous view of Annapurna South, which seems to tower above the village, and there are good views of Machhapuchhare across the valley. Relaxation practice, dinner & overnight sleep in Chhomrong.
Day 07 : Chhomrong - Dovan (2500m) 5-6 hrsToday’s distance is 11.2 km.
After yoga and breakfast, we start our journey towards Dovan. This trail is surrounded by fern, oak, bamboo and rhododendron forest.
You will begin your day with a gentle descend on a stone staircase to Chhomrong Khola (stream) and cross a suspension bridge. Further, you will ascend through a beautiful forest and reach Sinuwa village (2325 meters). From here, you will go through a dense bamboo forest to reach Kuldhighar (2498 m) and descend towards Bamboo (2340 m). You will have lunch. The trail from here onwards pass by a forest climbing steeply through stands of bamboo, occasionally dropping slightly to cross the tributary streams. Relaxation, dinner and overnight sleep in Dovan.
Day 08 : Dovan - Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) 5-6 hrsToday’s distance is 15.9 km.
Wake up in the morning, have tea, practice yoga then breakfast. From Dovan the trail is muddy and high above the river, but is no problem for those who suffer vertigo, because thick stands of bamboo block the view of the rushing river and waterfall. Base Camp is at 4, 237 m. The trip is best done from the lower camp, carrying only lunch, and the best views are probably obtained from to the north. Overnight in Annapurna Base Camp.
Day 09 : Annapurna Base Camp - Bamboo (2400m) 5-6 hrsToday’s distance is 13.5 km.
Early morning wake up and climb to view point spot where you can see amazing sunrise over the mountains. It is one of the best mountain viewing regions in the world. The views of Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Glacier Dome, Tent Peak, Annapurna II, Annapurna III and Machhapuchhre are out of this world. As the light changes across the Annapurna range you get to see some breathtaking mountain and glacial viewing.
After the sunrise trip, we return to our camp and have breakfast. After breakfast, we will start our trek to Bamboo. Evening yoga, dinner and sleep in Bamboo.
Day 10 : Bamboo - Jhinu danda (1760m) 4-5 hrsToday’s distance is 11 km.
Get up in the morning, have tea and join for the yoga class. You will have breakfast after 1 hour yoga session.
Start gentle trek up to sinuwa for 2 hrs then trek down to Modi river for 1.5 hrs and 50 minutes up to Chhomrong, you will have lunch here. We continue to retrace our steps through the rhododendron and bamboo forest, where the trail then descends very steeply from Chhomrung to Jhinu and the Hot Springs. After checking the hotel you will get the experience of Natural hot spring bath near Modi Khola. Evening yoga, relaxation and dinner in Jhinu danda.
Day 11 : Jhinu danda - Pokhara 4-5 hrsThe walking distance today is 4.5 km.
Today is the final day of our trekking with yoga and meditation. Wake up in the morning with tea, join for the yoga class. You will get breakfast before starting the trek. Then 2 hours down hill trekking towards Siwai jeep pick up along with river and through a narrow trail. This may be the one of the most relaxing and shortest walks of the entire trip. We take short break and drive to Pokhara, this jeep drive may take about 2.5 hours. And its chillaxing time in Pokhara with yoga, meditation, short sightseeing, shopping, etc..
Day 12 : Pokhara - Kathmandu
Drive (5-6 hrs) or fly (30 minutes) back to Kathmandu.
You wake up in the morning with a nice cup of tea. Then you will join for the yoga session. Later you have breakfast and then drive back to Kathmandu in a micro bus. You may stay with us & join for another program or we can drop you to your next destination.
